A great real estate agent is something special. They give so much, they know so much, and they have such a heart for service, both to clients and to the industry. Even before you got into real estate, you probably knew several awesome Realtors in your hometown or worked with someone really special when you bought your first home.

“Two, four, six, eight, who do you appreciate?” — that’s what we asked last week. And from full stories to simply just a name, here’s what you had to say:
- My managing broker has become like a mother to me. She’s always happy to help, and I’ve learned so much from her guidance.
- Cheyenne Khounnha
- Susan Koch with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She is always a joy to run into, always eager to share her knowledge. What you see is what you get with her, and she is such a cheerleader!
- Kelsey Bischoff
- Shari Marquis
- Lisa Manning Ellis
- My first three months in the business, I met a couple at an open house. They asked me to meet them about selling their home. I was in the office preparing for my big break, my first listing, when the listing agent I held the open [house] for came in. They had asked her to come out also because they went to church together. She heard what I was doing, and she called the couple and told them to use me, saying that they wouldn’t find a better Realtor. She gave me my first big break, and I helped them with four transactions over time. This agent and I now share an office, and 13 years later, I still tell everyone I can what she did for me! She kicked started my career and business and has continued to be a wealth of knowledge for me!
