Corcoran Group announced its latest expansion on Tuesday, with the launch of a new franchise in Houston, Texas.
The brokerage has partnered with the brokerage formerly known as Krueger Real Estate to launch Corcoran Prestige Realty in the Houston area. The expansion adds to Corcoran’s presence in the area, which it established with Corcoran Ferester Realty.

Krueger Real Estate was founded by CEO James Krueger in 2014. The team has grown to include more than 40 agents supported by a group of specialized employees. The firm recorded over 170 transactions and more than $150 million in sales volume during 2022. The company will be based out of a new office located at 2000 Ella Boulevard in Houston.

Corcoran Group, already ranked No. 1 in residential sales volume in New York City, the Hamptons and Palm Beach, has set out to expand its affiliate network since launching it in 2020. The firm launched or expanded new affiliates in Florida, Georgia, Connecticut, Washington, Tennessee, New Jersey, the Cayman Islands, and Turks & Caicos throughout 2022, most recently announcing the launch of Corcoran Infinity Properties, based out of Bergen County, New Jersey.
