While the latter part of 2022 saw some stumbles and struggles, for many real estate agents, last year was the best year ever in their business. Even while preparing for a shifting market, many of you did more business at a higher average closing price than ever before in your careers. You had to be feeling pretty good throughout much of the year.
So we asked you to brag a little. Toot your own horn. We wanted to know all about your biggest win in 2022. Did you outdo your previous successes in ways you never imagined? Or was your win something else: Did you get your broker’s license? Dominate a new niche or market? Experience a professional or personal epiphany that changed the game for you? Here are some of the wins you were excited about:
- After reading another agent’s testimony on having used it, I did the “Knock Home Swap” to buy my own new house and sell my old one. It worked so well I did it three other times for others and that is my new “go-to” method! If you haven’t tried it, you should! It’s a game changer!
- I hired an assistant. Even though I like detail work, processing all of my transactions has been a huge stressor in my life. Having someone to help me with this has given me a part of my life back!
- After 23 years in corporate real estate development, I finally launched my own consulting business and am enjoying scaling and growing with new clients!
