Inman Connect Las Vegas is about the new frontier of real estate. We’ll chart the course together. Be one of the agents and brokers who are thinking about the future.

The Inman Connect Las Vegas audience is made up of busy professionals, and they take time out of their hectic schedules to invest in their knowledge, their skills and their plans for growth. Here are three ways you can do the same.

Meet your ready-made squad

Whether this year is your first event or your fifth, check out the roster of 2022 Ambassadors. They are the master connectors and would love to meet and be a part of making your Inman Connect experience productive, lucrative and fun. Reach out ahead of time so you have a coffee or lunch on the calendar before you arrive.

“Inman Ambassadors have played a huge role beyond Inman events to nurture and support our industry,” said Laura Monroe, Inman’s global head of community. “They have been invited to the program based on their knowledge, high standards of experience in the industry, their elite networks, and their passion for giving back and building relationships.”

Kick off the domino effect with one conversation

Today, Jacy Reidmann is Vice President of Amoura Productions, a photography and video production company specializing in real estate, architecture and travel. But at her first Inman Connect event, she was a freelance videographer. She arrived knowing one person, who introduced her to many more.

“These connections became friends who I could reach out to for business advice, referrals and genuine friendship during the ups and downs of the startup culture. During the following Connect, those relationships had flourished to the point where Laura Monroe asked me to return and film video interviews for a project Better Homes and Gardens was doing at the next Connect.

Suddenly, I was filming interviews with Sherry Chris and meeting powerful beta-brokers like Leighton Dees and the people behind the successful Hawaii Life Real Estate Company. This led to cocktail parties where I was rubbing elbows with CEOs and CMOs and refining that elevator pitch I didn’t even know I would need!”

Bring two people — or more

Inman Connect Las Vegas will deliver over 30 sessions of content in three days. That is more content than one person can hope to consume. But if you have a team with you? Divide and conquer!

“Attending as a group gives us the opportunity to discuss the content we’ve heard together,’ said Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service CEO Matthew Consalvo. “You can try to rely on one person attending, then coming back to the office weeks later to encapsulate what they heard, but when it’s fresh in your mind, it’s more valuable. There is a group experience we all share, and that’s very different from a conference you attend by yourself. Everyone picks up different things, and we’re able to debrief over dinner to capture takeaways and experiences.”
