Katie Clancy of William Raveis’ The Cape House wants to make sure real estate agents are positioned for success as leaders rather than followers.
In her general session, “Be a Leader or Be a Lemming,” at Inman Connect San Francisco, Clancy said real estate agents are programmed to go after the dollar and consume with a singular focus and, by doing so, expose themselves to great vulnerability. Instead, she said, agents should think independently, lead with people and have patience to thrive as leaders.
