CoreLogic has announced a partnership with Montreal-based Prospects Software Inc. to become the exclusive distributor of Prospects’ suite of CRM products in the United States.

In addition to taking on the marketing and sales of Prospects software, CoreLogic will integrate the company’s technology into its Matrix platform, which currently has more than 780,000 agent, brokers and appraiser subscribers — making it the largest MLS system vendor in the U.S.

Prospects currently serves 225,000 clients across North America who use Prospects CRM, TouchCRM and MLS-Touch (called Prospects Mobile in Canada) —  three products that enable agents and teams to manage callbacks and follow-ups, synchronize desktop and mobile contact lists, as well as have access to comparative market analyses (CMA), sales objectives and commissions analyses and automatic social media postings from Prospects’ desktop and iOS and Andriod mobile applications.

“It has always been an exceptional challenge to do real estate CRM right,” said CoreLogic executive leader of Real Estate Solutions Chris Bennett in a press release. “Prospects Software has succeeded in building fully modern CRM and mobile solutions tailored to the very specific requirements of real estate professionals.”

“In our assessment, Prospects offers the most powerful solutions for brokers and agents who want to stand out and take their business to the next level,” Bennett added. “We are very excited to work with them and introduce our clients to their innovative solutions.”

Bennett told Inman the company will wholesale Prospects’ software to their MLS clients based upon the size of the MLS, and the MLS will, in turn, set the price their subscribers will pay for access. He also said current Prospects’ clients won’t experience any major changes in service, other than a “tighter integration” between Matrix (CoreLogic’s MLS) and Prospects software.

“It is primarily a data integration, however, in markets that have the Single Sign-on Dashboard from CoreLogic, agents will be able to click right into the software without requiring any additional logins,” Bennett said. “Future integrations with the CoreLogic client portal may be considered.”

He also noted that Prospects “does support MLS of choice,” and Prospects clients will be able to continue using other MLS systems, proprietary or otherwise.

“This is a terrific opportunity for us and for the industry at large,” said Prospects Software CEO Charles Drouin in a statement. “We have experienced tremendous success in a dozen different markets — our mobile solutions are already used by over 200,000 agents — and are now poised for explosive growth across America.”

“With their reputation and reach, CoreLogic is the perfect ally to help spread the news about our CRM and mobile applications,” Drouin added.
