Re/Max agents will get automated marketing tools through Imprev

Re/Max agents will be able to market their listings without having to develop any parts of their marketing materials themselves with a new product the franchisor is debuting with the real estate marketing company Imprev, the company announced at its annual R4 conference today.

The tool, Design Center Automation, provides agents with single-property websites, YouTube videos, virtual tours, social media posts, ePostcards, brochures, flyers and postcards for properties in the categories Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced and Just Sold. The design platform can also figure out if a listing qualifies for luxury branding and provide advertising focusing on the luxury element.

After an agent enters a listing into the multiple listing service, they’ll receive those marketing materials within 24 to 48 hours. The automated marketing platform monitors listings agents have posted and updates those marketing materials whenever there’s a change to the listing.

“The beauty of it is it really requires no effort from the agent,” Imprev President Bill Yaman said in an interview with Inman. “Without having to take any additional action, agents are getting the full advantage of marketing content without having to change anything about how they’re operating today.”

Imprev has been working with Re/Max since 2006. Up until now, the marketing company has provided Re/Max agents with templates to select, resulting in some of the same marketing materials. This update fully automates that process, although agents are still able to change or personalize the materials they receive.

Imprev works with several brokerages, including Coldwell Banker, Better Homes and Gardens, and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Some brokerages have access to the same technology Re/Max agents will now be using, although Imprev declined to share which brokerages those are. Re/Max will be the largest brokerage to use Imprev’s automated marketing technology.

Automation is their best innovation yet.”

Re/Max hinted at this automated marketing platform when the company announced its acquisition of the real estate tech startup booj earlier this week. In that announcement, Re/Max cited “the launch of new automated social media and digital marketing solutions for agents” as part of its growth over the past year. Booj is an end-to-end real estate technology startup that Re/Max hopes will bring more of its work in tech in-house.

The two tech announcements arrive as Re/Max is moving on from an investigation that found that Re/Max’s founder and CEO violated the company’s ethics code by failing to disclose a $2.4 million loan between the two.
