Katie Lance inks social media training deal with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices
Katie Lance announced a preferred supplier agreement with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS), where she’ll provide social media strategy training through her #GetSocialSmart Academy. The Academy, which was launched in June 2016, includes a library of 75 training videos, downloadable materials and access to an exclusive Facebook group as well as Lance’s signature six-week #GetSocialSmart coaching program. WMIH Corp. and Nationstar Mortgage merge
Leading servicer and originator Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. with its flagship brand Mr. Cooper has merged with WMIH Corp., former Washington Mutual parent company, in a $3.8 billion deal. Nationstar Mortgage will keep its name and headquarters, located in Dallas, and the servicer’s senior leadership team will remain at the helm of the combined company. CoreLogic expands access to natural hazard reports in California
Global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider CoreLogic is adding DisclosureSave to the Clareity SSO Dashboard. This will provide about twenty-thousand California agents with easier access to natural hazard disclosure reports. DisclosureSave is currently displayed by three multiple listing organizations throughout California as an option for their members, who need the reports to close transactions.
Houzz acquires interior design business management startup IvyMark
Houzz, the successful tech platform for architecture and all things home design, announced Tuesday the acquisition of interior design business management startup IvyMark in a move that has catapulted it further into the business side of home design. IvyMark’s software provides a variety of tools, including project management, furniture delivery scheduling, product clipping from vendors, and payments. The software is designed to replace Excel and other tracking tools with products meant specifically for designers. The startup will join Houzz’s online community and platform dedicated to interior design ideas.
Inside Real Estate acquires RE software company Circlepix
Real estate software company Inside Real Estate today announced the acquisition of Circlepix, a real estate listing software provider whose suite of products includes PixMarketing and PixSocial. In 2016, Inside Real Estate merged with real estate contact relationship manager (CRM) provider Kunversion. The combined companies now operate under the Inside Real Estate brand and led to the integrated platform now marketed as kvCore, which includes lead generation, marketing, CRM and automated dialer features.
Constellation acquires Real Estate Digital
Constellation Software Real Estate Group is steadily adding to its portfolio of SaaS companies for real estate. The software giant acquired Real Estate Digital from Xome Holdings on Thursday. Constellation owns just over a half-dozen brands that offer real estate software services, including Market Leader, Sharper Agent, Zurple, Z57, Diverse Solutions and Birdview. With Real Estate Digital, the conglomerate is adding a slightly different product. Real Estate Digital provides integrated services across technology, media and data to franchises, brokerages, agents and multiple listing services.
