What you should know
Imprev impresses with a single log-in solution for an array of real estate marketing needs.
Connecting an IDX feed to an agent ID provides agents with easy access to all of their listings from within Imprev, eliminating the need to manually input data when building and executing a marketing task.
The heart of Imprev is its Marketing Center, the jumping-off point for new listing websites, postcards, boosted Facebook posts or virtual tours, among other tactics. It’s also accessible via the software’s companion app.
The software automates notifications to agents when a new listing is ready to be broadcast on both its desktop interface and via the companion app. It does the same when a property goes under contract or is sold. Handy.
Imprev also supplies a library of print-ready tools for agents, such as team brochures, listing flyers and property cards.
Those agents who still use Craigslist will be happy to see that Imprev offers a template for advertising there too. This surprised me a little given the array of complications that accompany listing properties on the popular site for used stuff and creepy connections.
Social media posts, Matterport videos and YouTube accounts are also at the disposal of Imprev users.
All these tools are great but meaningless without a list of people to hear the messages they’re conveying. Imprev has thus partnered with a number of the industry’s top CRM brands, such as Contactually, AgentAchieve and Tribus.
The company also works with Blueroof360, LeadRouter, Real Estate Webmasters, and Boston Logic among other industry solutions.
In the company’s effort to make marketing easy, they managed to create a simple software too.
An array of clear prompts and icons and an overtly worded menu structure help make the user experience pleasant and intuitive. And there’s an attentive support structure in place for those having trouble.
Another Imprev benefit to be aware of is that it keeps all of your marketing collateral consistently branded and managed from a single location.
I can speak from first-hand experience to the wide array of branding efforts and resulting mixed-messaging that occurs when agents are left to managing company marketing assets from individual hard drives.
Imprev remedies the multi-message melee with an easy-to-manage, single-stop solution for agents, teams and brokers.
I’d warn users against one other thing with Imprev: don’t be tempted to do too much with its wide selection of advertising and sales tools. Haphazardly hammering out 20 different campaigns in 10 different mediums without a plan will not result in many new leads.
Carefully select the best marketing tools and media formats for each listing and campaign. Always test marketing efforts over time and stay proactive.
