Turning the real estate listing presentation upside down

Conrad Zurini, broker of record for Re/Max Escarpment Realty, shares one of his favorite tips: He likes to call the listing presentation more of a discussion.

He establishes a meeting agenda with a series of questions, including what his brokerage looks for in a client. This way, he gets “a lot of insight and intel into what they’re looking for in a Realtor, and I make my presentation a dialogue toward those answers.”

Because just as the client gets to be selective when choosing an agent, a client also has to be the right fit for you.
