The Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors has hired Wyndi Austin as its new CEO. “We interviewed several outstanding candidates to replace Randy, but ultimately agreed that Wyndi had the experience and personality to serve as VCCAR’s top staff member,” said 2017 VCCAR President Lyle Elliott in a statement. “In her most recent position in Arizona, Wyndi worked to create a new brand identity for her Association, provided leadership guidance, and helped members become more familiar with its benefits and offerings.”

ClosingCorp, a provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technology, announced that Gerardo Caceres has joined the company as senior vice president of data operations and product management. “ClosingCorp is focused on providing our clients the very best solutions they need to effectively manage the mortgage process,” said Bob Jennings, CEO of ClosingCorp, in a statement. “We’re pleased that Gerardo, an experienced leader with a demonstrated record of success, is joining the team.”
Bill Scavone is the new president and COO at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. “Bill has been an integral part of the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates team for nearly 12 years and has been instrumental in its successful development,” said Denise Smith, president of the Weichert Affiliated Services Group, in a statement. “I am confident that Bill will continue to lead the Weichert franchise system on its upward path of prosperity and growth as he assumes this new leadership role.”
William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance announced that Bill Jones has been appointed as sales manager for the West Hartford office. “Bill epitomizes William Raveis’ ethic for excellence in serving our clients and local communities,” said Chris Raveis, president of residential sales at William Raveis, in a statement. “As an accomplished professional and astute real estate agent, Bill embodies the sought-after qualities of an esteemed leader.”
West USA Realty announced that Pam Frestedt is its newest Managing Broker. “As 2012 SEVRAR President, I worked alongside Pam in her capacity as Vice-President, and during that time she always demonstrated leadership and a firm understanding of a Realtors role and the support and services that they need to be successful,” said West COO Todd Menard in a statement. “Her relentless effort to ensure those Realtor members’ needs were met fits well into West USA Realty’s culture.”
Baird & Warner announced that John O. Adamson, former managing broker and owner of Lakeshore Partners, joined its Evanston office. “John and his experienced team have an impeccable reputation and are known throughout the community for their integrity and trust, so we couldn’t be more proud to welcome them to the Baird & Warner family — especially as we’re increasing our market reach,” said Laura Ellis, president of residential sales and executive president at Baird & Warner. “They share Baird & Warner’s deep connection to the people and the neighborhoods we serve and our firm will be stronger with them on board.”

LRES, a national residential and commercial real estate services company, announced David Sober is its new vice president of national sales. “David’s successful experience and expertise across the lending, servicing and capital markets segments of our industry as well as his knowledge in specific areas such as HOA risk management make him the most obvious choice to fulfill the role as LRES continues to expand its national footprint,” said Roger Beane, CEO of LRES, in a statement.

Shelley Specchio is the new CEO of the MIBOR Realtor Association; she will assume the role February 1, 2017.
