Marty Conrad is joining Windermere Homes & Estates in San Diego as the company’s COO. “We couldn’t be happier to have gained such a well-known, respected, and experienced member to our firm!” said owner Rich Johnson in a statement. “With Marty joining us, we anticipate further growth within San Diego, and the entire Southern California region.” The company also announced that Laura Clark would join as director of sales.
Andrea Greenberg
Douglas Elliman announced that Andrea Greenberg will join the company’s marketing department in Florida as its chief marketing officer effective Dec. 1. “Andrea’s experience will effectively complement our growth and success in Florida. We have watched Andrea’s meaningful contribution to Florida’s development marketing industry from afar and are fortunate to now have her as part of our Development Marketing Team,” said Howard M. Lorber, Chairman, Douglas Elliman, in a statement.
