You’re bound to get more Kit-Kats than candy corn in the City of Brotherly Love, according to Zillow‘s 2016 Trick-or-Treat Index.

The index, which identifies the best cities and neighborhoods for our little ghosts and goblins, is based on home values, the density of single-family homes, crimes rates and the share of the population under 10 years old.

Philadelphia, which was number 12 on the list in 2015, fought its way back up like Rocky to snag the top spot this year.

The city has a high density of single-family homes, which makes it the perfect place to hop from house to house to get delicious candy.

Portland and Seattle saw impressive gains this year as well by moving eight and nine spots up on the list, respectively. Austin made its first-ever debut, and Washington D.C. and Baltimore made the cut after being absent from 2015’s index.

“The national ranking is a fun way for trick-or-treaters and their parents across the country to assess how their city compares to others this Halloween season,” said Zillow Chief Economist Dr. Svenja Gudell in a press release.

“But what’s really important are the local hot spots, which is why we also identified the five best neighborhoods for trick-or-treating in each of the top cities. For candy hunters in cities not on the list, look for areas with lots of decorated homes and neighborhoods with other kids running around in the holiday spirit.”
