Zumper recently examined the median rent prices of one-bedroom homes in Washington D.C. as the fall begins. Here are its findings:
- In the past month, D.C was the only top 10 market to see increases in both one- and two-bedroom prices.
- Ranging between $2,500 and $2,700 for one-bedroom units, Georgetown, Dupont Circle and Logan Circle-Shaw have been the most expensive neighborhoods to rent in this fall.
- More affordable rentals priced around the $1,500 to $1,700 range included Brentwood-Langdon, LeDroit Park-Bloomingdale and Mount Pleasant.
