What you should know

Maybe there’s an easier way to build a website for your listing, but until I see it, KoaWare‘s Property Site product is the winner.

I watched a single-property website get built in less than one minute during our demo. I’ll give the company a 45-second familiarity cushion.

Point is: You can build nice individual listing pages in a couple of minutes once you’re up and running.

Don’t assume that expediency translates to low quality, either. The websites look good, are image-heavy and can integrate both YouTube and Matterport video content.

What about setup?

There’s very little onboarding with KoaWare. The experience starts by uploading a gallery of listing photos, then entering basic contact information, which is used to generate your page masthead.

The responsive, scrolling websites can then be edited live on the screen by clicking text, dragging and dropping pictures, or altering main banner images. There are two commands on a KoaWare site:

  • Edit
  • Save and publish

Logos can be easily added, and contact forms are ready to go.

Customization and ease of use

KoaWare’s tools are a great solution for the small agency seeking ways to bolster its online presence and marketing appeal to new customers. A site could be built the same afternoon of a listing appointment.

Custom domains are also available, and KoaWare chases site visitors with a hovering call-to-action button.

Colors, layout schemes and other visual choices are easy to change or apply to each new property.

KoaWare’s tools are a great solution for the small agency.

YouTube videos and Matterport tours don’t require embed codes, only URLs.

One and done — what’s the point?

I’m a staunch supporter of having individual websites for listings. It’s good for the seller to see and makes fundamental marketing sense. Why allow portals to control your product?

I built one when my wife and I sold our last house, and it was highly effective.

That was one house floating randomly around the internet. Imagine what you can do with a tool like KoaWare and an established presence in your market?

KoaWare is busy building tools with a similar user experience for agents and brokers. It’s a company worth paying attention to.
