Zoccam, a platform that enables Realtors and buyers to deliver contracts to settlement services providers, has hired Wayne Norton as its chief operating officer. “Adding Wayne to our team poises Zoccam to make a substantial impact on the national real estate market,” said Ashley Cook, founder and CEO, in a statement. “Wayne is a known leader in our industry with his operational experience will solidify Zoccam’s plan for growth.”
Long & Foster Real Estate has named Kara Chaffin-Donofrio as the managing broker of its Arlington, Virginia, sales office. “Long & Foster has built a leading presence in the Arlington community, and I’m thrilled to take on this new position, helping our agents and their clients to achieve even greater success in real estate,” said Chaffin-Donofrio in a statement. “As always, my goal is to partner with our sales associates in helping them grow their careers and build our office’s and company’s brand in Northern Virginia.”

Dave Garland will join Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors. “Partnering with a real estate executive who has practical brokerage, development and technology experience is a true win for NAR and the industry as a whole,” said Dale Stinton, CEO of NAR, in a statement. “Combined with the Realtor brand, SCV continues to be the number one incubator of ideas and technologies in the real estate space.”
