Waverly Brooklyn condos hit the market

Brooklyn developers might be in a glass-enclosed aesthetic frenzy, but Waverly Brooklyn opted for a more distinguished appearance. The concrete-clad condo building, with 48 units that just recently hit the market, features Norman brick with custom fenestration and was inspired by Bauhaus Modernism.
