Coldwell Banker released its worldwide 30 Under 30 list of the up and coming movers and shakers in the Coldwell Banker real estate world.
These are the agents knocking on doors, using technology to help out clients, and really carrying the banner for the future of real estate.
“We look at production; We look at how quickly they acclimated to the industry; and how quickly they were able to ramp up and start a business,” said Mike Fischer, COO of Coldwell Banker.
To be included on the list, agents must be nominated, either by a fellow agent, broker or even themselves. Coldwell Banker received over 100 nominations for the list this year.
Although everyone on the list has a story, Fischer highlighted Mohammed Faizan Hamidani of Mumbai, India.
“It’s his second year on the list,” Fischer said. “He just has a great story because they are trying to really build up the legitimize the ethics of real estate in a country that has no licensing or real history with real estate agents being professional. What he’s doing in India is pretty cool.”
The agents on the list are invited to an event in Miami Beach, Florida, where they will receive a plaque and be able to network with other movers and shakers.
“They also do a great job of inspiring our more experienced agents,” he added. “Sometimes it’s great to see what these 27- and 28-year-olds are doing to get them re-engaging in the business.”
