Real estate office of the day: Coldwell Banker Elmhurst office

Open in June 2015, the Coldwell Banker Elmhurst office sits in downtown Elmhurst and works with about 55 agents.

Formerly a popular neighborhood hobby shop, the office still gets walk-in traffic from old residents looking for the old tenant, and some Coldwell Banker Elmhursts agents visited the same place as children.

The office now sells much of the new developments in surrounding downtown Elmhurst and nearby Addison Avenue, but it didn’t totally forget its roots. The office basement still has striping from when kids used to race slot cars in the hobby shop.
