July 5

Michelle Mejia

Argent Retail Advisors, a retail brokerage in Mission Viejo, California, hired Michelle Mejia as its new director of marketing and operations. In her new role, she will oversee and spearhead strategy for all of the firm’s marketing and operations as Argent continues to experience rapid growth in its core business. Firm head Terry Bortnick said in a statement: “Michelle provides a unique mix of a high-level brand building and marketing background, as well as vision and the ability to creatively utilize new technology. Having such an intimate knowledge of site selection and analysis for retailers, she has developed a strong foundation of knowledge for California, as well as many other states in which our national clients operate.”

Diane Valadez

Orange County-based LRES, a residential and commercial real estate services company, announced that Diane Valadez is its new vice president of national sales. “Diane’s extensive history of leadership and her proven abilities to successfully generate sales ensure LRES will continue to grow nationally,” said Roger Beane, CEO of LRES, in a statement.

Pat Carney

ClosingCorp, a San Diego-based provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technology, announced that Pat Carney has been named chief innovation officer. “ClosingCorp is focused on accelerating innovation to streamline the mortgage disclosure and closing processes,” said James Bolger, chief financial officer and interim co-CEO, in a statement. “The cross-functional nature of the role, and the broad skillsets required, necessitate someone with a balance of technical, managerial and real world experience, and Pat is that person.”

Jaime Rauscher

Miami-based Monument Real Estate Services, a multifamily asset and property management company, announced that Jaime Rauscher has joined the firm as vice president of operations based in North Carolina. “As we expand our property management portfolio, we are pleased to welcome Jaime and are confident that she will greatly complement our brand in the market,” said Gregory J. Lozinak, chief operating officer, in a statement. “Jaime brings extensive cross-functional experience to her new role and will be a valuable addition to the Monument team.”

Patrick Arkeveld

Patrick Arkeveld is the new CEO at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies. “I am very proud of how far we have come, and I’m excited for our next chapter of growth under Patrick’s leadership,” said founder and former CEO Lorne Wallace in a statement. “Patrick brings a wealth of operational knowledge in the software industry, and I look forward to working with him and the entire leadership team as we continue to serve our customers.”

Jayson Dammen

Valuation Partners, a national appraisal management company based in Sugar Land, Texas, has hired Jayson Dammen as its vice president, Western region. “Jayson is ideally suited to help more lenders access the valuation products and services they will need to thrive in this business,” said Bill Fall, CEO of Valuation Partners, in a statement. “He is a proven business developer with a long track record of managing strategic client relationships, and he is respected and well connected nationwide.”

Mike James

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage named Mike James president of the company’s Sacramento-Tahoe region. “Mike brings an unparalleled wealth of knowledge and experience to this position, including more than two decades managing some of the most successful real estate offices in the nation and holding the top executive posts in several of our regional markets,” said Greg Macres, executive vice president of the western region for NRT LLC, in a statement. “I am confident he is going to do an outstanding job as president in the Sacramento-Tahoe region, helping us build on our company’s strong leadership position in the Northern California real estate market.”
