Pharrell Williams has a reason to be even more “Happy” these days. The world-famous singer and producer is one Miami penthouse short, but $9.25 million richer after his lavish condo overlooking Biscayne Bay sold last week.
The cylindrical, two-story Miami penthouse is fit for a celebrity, offering 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline. Interior space alone spans almost 10,000 square feet, while a 5,000 square foot private rooftop deck is complemented by a pool and lush greenery.
