A new Downtown Brooklyn luxury high-rise at 388 Bridge St. has hit sales encompassing 90 percent of its 144 condominiums, highlighted by the property’s penthouse collection — 40 luxury residences with views of the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty.
“The tower has set a standard for luxury living with its top-of the-line residences, and 388 Bridge has continued to experience success as homeowners seek well designed, spacious homes,” said Roger Fortune, vice president of The Stahl Organization and developer of the tower.
SCLE Architects led the design of the 53-story hybrid residence, including the duplex penthouses with 1,500 square feet of private outdoor space. Custom interiors, Manhattan views and private terraces provide the entire penthouse collection with extraordinary features amid a slew of luxury developments in Downtown Brooklyn.
The units range from two to four bedrooms.
Both penthouse and condo owners receive exclusive access to the Sky Lounge, 1,245 square feet of communal entertaining space on the 46th floor.
“388 Bridge residences continue to achieve the highest price per square foot for the neighborhood, and we are confident the remaining penthouses will experience the same success,” said Vanessa Connelly, sales manager of Halstead Property Development Marketing.
Halstead Property Development Marketing exclusively handles sales for the building. The remaining units are priced between $1.485 million and $4.95 million.
