Sagi Cohen

Sagi Cohen is the new CEO at the Peak Corporate Network in Woodland Hills, California, which represents companies that provide real estate services. “Sagi Cohen’s unique skillset and proven leadership will be invaluable as we work to achieve the ambitious goals for growth in our five-year strategic plan,” said Eli Tene, founder, managing director and principal of Peak Entities, in a statement. “We are thrilled to have him on board to help leverage the strength of our individual entities as one powerful resource for consumers and real estate professionals nationwide.”

LenderLive, a Denver-based mortgage services provider, announced a new organization structure as well as several leadership changes: Rod Walz is now vice chairman of LenderLive Holdings; Dave Vida now serves as president of LenderLive Network; Pete Pannes, has been named president of LenderLive Services; Maria Moskver is now the company’s general counsel and enterprise compliance officer for LenderLive Holdings. “Our new structure will make it easier for us to work with our regulators, accelerate the expansion of our title operations, and allow us to take advantage of synergies among our document and settlement services businesses,” said CEO Rick Seehausen in a statement. “While a number of our executives have new leadership roles, they have all been instrumental in building LenderLive and are the right team to take us to the next level.”

Cindy Ariosa

Long & Foster Real Estate, a residential real estate company, has named Cindy Ariosa the new senior vice president and regional manager for its Eastern Shore locations. She will oversee more than 40 offices throughout Baltimore, western Maryland and the Eastern Shore. “Our business in Baltimore and along the Eastern Shore has increased significantly the past couple years, and as we looked toward the future, we recognized an opportunity to even better support these growing markets,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster, in a statement. “With Cindy leading our offices from Baltimore to the Chesapeake Bay, we can strengthen our coastal connection and make it even easier for our coastal and urban agents to work together in helping their clients achieve their real estate goals.”

Wendy Novia

Polaris Pacific, a home sales and marketing company based in San Francisco, announced that Wendy Novia has been promoted to the new vice president of sales, Rachel Weaver has been hired as the business development manager and Johanna Williams will join as marketing manager. “As Polaris Pacific expands into markets across the West Coast, we are confident that these three team members will continue to build our reputation as a trusted resource for the country’s most prolific high-rise developers,” said Garrett Frakes, managing partner of Polaris Pacific, in a statement. “Wendy, in particular, has been indispensable over the past several years, leading award-winning sales campaigns for some of the most recognizable developments on the West Coast and positioning the company at the forefront of the industry for sales results. Both Rachel and Johanna bring a breadth of knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry that will undoubtedly support our incredible success in San Francisco and Los Angeles and position us as the go-to sales and marketing partner in the Seattle and Arizona markets.”

Blu Homes, which provides prefabricated homes, announced that Kaitlin Burek Haggerty has been promoted to chief executive officer.  “Kaitlin has been instrumental in bringing Blu’s information and building science to the next level in her work as Chief Operating Officer, and she has the perfect combination of Silicon Valley tech savvy and practical ground-level factory and building delivery experience to take Blu into its next phase of growth. She is a truly extraordinary executive,” said executive chairman Bill Haney in a statement.

Matthew Lichtner

San Diego-baed ClosingCorp, which provides real estate closing cost data and technology, announced that Matthew Lichtner is the new vice president of sales, strategic relationships. “Matt is a proven sales and strategy expert with an outstanding record of developing strong customer relationships, solution selling and fostering deep ties within the title and technology communities,” said Dave Petro, senior vice president of sales and business development, in a statement. “His ability to work at all levels of an organization to communicate, align and execute strategy will be vital to our continued success.”
