Baird & Warner announced April 28 that it acquired Hinsdale-based Brush Hill Realtors. Brush Hill is one of the oldest brokerage firms in the western suburbs, helping Baird & Warner to extend its reach to communities such as Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills and Western Springs.

The brokers of the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network maintained its position as the no. 1 brokerage organization in the Chicagoland market for home sales.

“We’re in a very competitive business, but the professionalism and productivity of RE/MAX brokers has allowed us to maintain an enviable record of market leadership,” said Jack Kreider, executive vice president and regional director of the RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network said in a release.
