Mithun was announced as a recipient of one of the 10 projects being honored with a 2016 Housing Award from American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Hill & Co. Real Estate announced the reopening of its Pacific Heights office at 2107 Union Street after a major remodeling project.
“Once the office was down to it’s studs, it was the perfect time to do a complete remodel,” said Hill & Co. Vice President Eileen Mougeot, in a statement.
“The process in its entirety will have taken us about a year, including the permit process, soft story work and retrofitting, and remodeling. It was quite a lengthy process but now, the office looks and feels fantastic.”
