March 16
David Bischoff has joined Stewart Title Commercial Services as sales director for the Mid-Atlantic region. “We’re honored to welcome David to the Stewart family,” said Tom Konkel, senior vice president, national commercial services, in a statement. “He has tremendous experience in everything from business development and acquisitions to loan production and foreclosures.”
Weichert, Realtors announced that Robyn Barone, Joe Cubias and Jim Madl were promoted to three brand-new regional vice president positions.
“We are extremely proud to promote Robyn, Joe and Jim to these brand-new regional vice president positions,” said Jacelyn Botti, head of residential sales for Weichert, Realtors, in a statement. “Each of them has a proven track record of managing profitable sales offices, while offering extensive, hands-on real estate training and knowledge to their sales associates. CalyxSoftware, which provides mortgage software solutions, announced that Bob Dougherty has joined the company as vice president of business development. “We’re pleased to have a visionary and strategic leader like Bob join our team,” said Dennis Boggs, executive vice president of CalyxSoftware, in a statement. “He has an excellent reputation as a highly effective team builder who can help improve customer experience and long-term loyalty.”

Kristin Henke has joined Closing Corp, which provides closing cost data and technology, as senior director of operations. “Kristin is a proven business leader and industry expert with deep experience and strong relationships in the title and technology space,” said Debbie Day, chief operating officer at Closing Corp, in a statement. “Her addition to the team reflects our total commitment to delighting our customers, and will enable us to enhance our technology and support infrastructure for title underwriters, top tier lenders and data aggregators.”
