Steiner NYC, a developer in New York, has hired Kris Ragone as its director of marketing for residential developments. “Kris is the perfect person to burnish our brand,” said Doug Steiner, Chairman of Steiner NYC, in a statement. “She believes in our product and will ensure that our buildings are full and our residents are happy.”
February 24
LoanDepot announced its new consumer experience and product development team, appointing Tim Von Kaenel as chief product officer, Rick Medeiros as chief digital officer and Helen Wang as head of consumer experience. “Understanding today’s empowered consumer and how technology, access to information and life’s milestones impact their behavior is critical for lenders who will successfully compete for future market share,” said Anthony Hsieh, chairman and chief executive officer at loanDepot, in a statement. “We’re excited to welcome Tim, Rick and Helen to our team, and we look forward to the next chapter of modern lending with loanDepot on the frontlines.”
February 26
Ben Azulay is the new principal and executive managing director of Bradford Allen Realty Services. “Ben has been with BA for 12 years and is integral to our team, providing extensive knowledge, leadership skills and a strong work ethic,” said Laurence Elbaum, principal and co-founder at Bradford Allen, in a statement. “Ben has consistently been a top producer and team player, taking a leadership role in mentoring new brokers and providing first-class service to our clients.”
F.C. Tucker Company announced that Patrick Purdue is the new president and CFO, and Donna Kreps is the new president of the residential division. “The two new titles are a part of our long-term plan for the company and are a reflection of the leadership roles that Patrick and Donna have already assumed,” said CEO H. James Litten in a statement. “Donna and Patrick are very deserving of these titles and the roles in which they serve.”
