Michael Ehms was named the vice president of business development at ValuAmerica, a national title agency. “As the mortgage industry continues to adapt to market and regulatory changes, there are increasing opportunities for companies that can provide a full range of solutions,” said Shawn Murphy, executive vice president of ValuAmerica, in a statement. “Mike has an impressive track record of building title and appraisal businesses. He will be a strong addition to our team and a great resource for our clients.”

Barbara Wichman was hired as vice president of talent development. “In recent years, we have expanded our educational offerings considerably, with the goal of providing superior opportunities that lead the industry and compete with world-class programs from other businesses,” said LeadingRE President/CEO Pam O’Connor in a statement. “We wanted to build on this momentum, and Barbara’s energy, expertise and focus on results make her the ideal person to lead the effort, working with the excellent team we have in place.”

Debra Quinn Petkanas

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty named Debra Quinn Petkanas as sales manager of its new development division. “Debbie has a wealth of experience in both luxury real estate and the builder/developer community. She is well positioned to work with both the developers and customers of today’s new construction market,” said Daniel Gale Sotheby’s president and CEO Patricia Petersen in a statement.

Christina Cudahy

Christine Cudahy

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty also named Christine Cudahy as sales manager for its Garden City office. “We are very pleased to have Christine join our management team,” said Ms. Petersen in a statement. “Her analytical skills combined with her ability to mentor her fellow agents will be a benefit to newer and veteran agents alike.”
