- Trumark Urban released initial pricing and opened a sales office.
- The 151-unit building will open late this year.
Trumark Urban released initial pricing for the 151 condominium residences within TEN50, the luxury 25-story high-rise under development in downtown Los Angeles’ South Park neighborhood. The project is the first new condominium building constructed in downtown LA in nearly a decade.
The company also held a grand opening for its sales gallery on Feb. 13. The sales gallery gives prospective buyers an inside look at the vision that will become real late this year.
Formal sales will begin in April.
West Coast sales and marketing company Polaris Pacific will lead sales and marketing efforts for the project.
TEN50’s future residents will be offered a list of very modern amenities, including what’s being calling “The Fifty,” an approximately 13,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor lounge that connects the resort-style pool to the therapeutic yoga garden. The Fifty will also offer sweeping city views and a drone landing pad.
Starting prices for the one- and two-bedroom condos are:
- One bedroom (around 700 square feet) from the low $600,000’s
- One bedroom with den/office (around 900 square feet) from around $700,000
- Two bedrooms (from 1,000 square feet) start under $1 million and up
The public was invited for an inside look at the sales gallery last weekend. Agents on duty then registered and pre-qualified potential buyers. The building’s interior architect, Handel Architects, also designed the sales gallery, giving potential residents an art-inspired experience with touchscreens to enable them to explore floor plans, views, amenities and square footage to customize their experience.
“The interest that we’ve received to date is encouraging. Potential future TEN50 residents run the gamut with one major commonality – they are all people who are excited by the Downtown LA renaissance and want to play a role in defining the shape of this emerging community,” said Mark Higgins, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Trumark Urban, in a statement.
“Polaris Pacific has an incredibly successful track record in downtown Los Angeles and the sales team has been trained in all of the design elements and resort-caliber amenities the building will offer.”
The Sales Gallery, located at 1057 S. Olive Street, will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
