San Francisco-based The Swig Company and Rockpoint Group from Boston announced the recapitalization of the ownership of Kaiser Center in Oakland. The center in Uptown District is a 28-story building and two low-rise buildings totaling approximately 130,000 square feet.
Ryan Bakalarski was announced as an agent with Hill & Co. Real Estate in San Francisco.
“Ryan has a wonderful energy about him,” said Hill & Co. Vice President Eileen Mougeot. “He’s as proactive as can be. He takes care of all the details and leaves nothing to chance. We are delighted that he has joined our team!”
