San Francisco-based The Swig Company and Rockpoint Group from Boston announced the recapitalization of the ownership of Kaiser Center in Oakland. The center in Uptown District is a 28-story building and two low-rise buildings totaling approximately 130,000 square feet.
Ryan Bakalarski was announced as an agent with Hill & Co. Real Estate in San Francisco.
