There’s a celebration going on at Century 21 New Millennium offices around the DC area.
The party’s going on because the brokerage has been recognized, for the fourth year in a row, as the top-producing Century 21 firm in the world for 2015.
The full-service real estate company generated sales in excess of $2.4 billion last year. That sum put Century 21 New Millennium ahead of nearly 7,000 other independently owned Century 21 firms in 78 countries and territories around the globe.
That’s a tough crowd to beat.
Parent company Century 21 Real Estate LLC has approximately 6,900 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 78 countries and territories worldwide, with more than 101,000 independent sales professionals. Its international headquarters is in Madison, New Jersey, and the brand ranked “Highest Overall Satisfaction for First-Time Home Buyers, Repeat Home Buyers, First-Time Home Sellers and Repeat Home Sellers” by J.D. Power.
Century 21 New Millennium ranks among the top real estate firms in the nation on a variety of measures, including sales volume. It has approximately 800 associates in 18 locations throughout the Greater Washington, D.C. area. Services provided in its offices include on-site mortgages, title services, property management and access to a well-regarded network of relocation services.
Century 21 New Millennium is known for more than just home sales
Another recent honor: Century 21 New Millennium CEO and Co-Owner Todd Hetherington was recognized in the Swanepoel Power 200 Report as one of real estate’s most influential executives and thought leaders for 2013.
Throughout the Century 21 network, philanthropic efforts to support local and national children’s organizations are popular. Agents and executives support Easter Seals and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. New Millennium has been supporting Children’s National Medical Center for most of the franchise’s existence, raising tens of thousands of dollars from golf outings and other community events.
New Millennium joined the Century 21 System in 1998.
