  1. Agents want a consumer tool and consumers want a first-class mobile app.
  2. Agents know more about the context, neighborhood, etc. They need the right tools to share that information.
  3. It’s about context, process and about how you share the information.
  4. Change your behavior a little bit to accommodate the preference of the consumer.
  5. Consumers want real-time interaction and want to be able to search at their leisure.
  6. Agents need to be available all the time so that consumers.
  7. Use tools like Periscope to interact with consumers virtually as if they are there in real-time.
  8. Content is the gateway for many consumers. Provide accurate and strong online content that engages them right off the bat.
  9. Consumers want the insider information like what is going on in a community. They want the social aspect of a property.
  10. Consumers want to know that their brokers are using the best possible tools available.
