January 11

Christine Schuster

Long & Foster Real Estate has hired Christine K. Schuster as a business development manager for its Corporate Real Estate Services division. “In today’s continually changing real estate market, it is critical that our business is supported by experienced and talented leaders like Christine,” said Pandra Richie, president of Long & Foster’s CRES division, in a statement. “I’m confident that with Christine’s relocation and real estate expertise, combined with the support and service of our in-house team, our company will continue on the path toward future growth and success.

Christian Glauser Benz

Christian Glauser Benz has been added to the leadership team at Oppenheim Architecture as the company’s new vice president. “We are thrilled to have Christian join us as we continue our efforts to meet the demands of our clients around the world,” said Chad Oppenheim, principal and lead designer of Oppenheim Architecture, in a statement. “Christian is a highly skilled professional whose background, business acumen and keen eye for design compliment not only our aesthetic, but our ambitions as well.”

Louise Colonna and Paul Tollefson have joined Douglas Elliman as executive managers of sales in Westchester. “We’re thrilled to have established such a strong leadership team in Westchester, and for Louise and Paul to be joining us,” said Dottie Herman, President & CEO of Douglas Elliman, in a statement. “Their expertise and leadership skills will be vital as we continue to expand our business and reach in the region.”

Theresa Dalman

Long & Foster promoted Theresa Dalman to manager of the company’s Culpepper, Virginia, office. “I look forward to taking on this new role at Long & Foster and to leading the exceptional team of real estate professionals at our Culpeper office,” said Dalman in a statement. “Helping others to achieve success is one of my passions, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise, both from my real estate and consulting backgrounds, to help our team to grow their careers and better support buyers and sellers in Culpeper County.”

Patricia Chaffee

Christopher Waters

Stewart Title announced that Patricia Chaffee will join the company’s Los Angeles Commercial Services office as senior business development officer and that Christopher Waters will join the company’s Commercial Services Denver office as business development officer. “Patricia’s diverse experience and ability to build and maintain key relationships made her an ideal candidate for his position,” said Dave Seekins, vice president, commercial services manager, in a statement. “Our Los Angeles office is experiencing tremendous growth in the commercial market, and I’m confident that she will help support our forward momentum.” Martin Gibeau, vice president, commercial services manager, said in a statement:  “Christopher’s proven leadership skills made him a great candidate for the business development officer position. We’re happy that he is joining the Denver team.”

Tom Pace

Tom Pace has been named manager of Long & Foster’s Historic Downtown office in Charlottesville, Virginia. “I am very honored to move into my new role as managing broker for the Historic Downtown office. Long & Foster Real Estate has been a great addition to our community and to serve in a leadership role with this organization is very exciting,” Pace said in a statement. “We hope to continue to grow our sales team and we have many exciting new sales tools and marketing indicatives we will be introducing to the marketplace this year.”

Julian Grey

Julian Grey is the new mortgage market leader at the Data & Analytics division of Black Knight Financial Services. “Julian’s unique skill set, which combines product management, analytics, and market and data expertise with the insight and ability to engage deeply with clients, will be a valuable asset as we help clients identify solutions to increase profitability, reduce risk and gain greater portfolio insight,” said Ben Graboske, senior vice president of Black Knight’s Data & Analytics division, in a statement.
