Full review
OneMob is a very good option for real estate video marketing.
Although the San Francisco company’s product shares many characteristics with BombBomb, I see the latter as an email marketing tool that leverages video content. OneMob is focused first on video as effective sales content, regardless of its delivery format.
Recording a “OneMob” can be done in one-click. There’s no need to overproduce your messaging, but videos can be easily deleted and rerecorded.
OneMob also stores your video library, allowing you to record and reuse video introductions, neighborhood overviews and listing tours.
Videos can have simple text overlay and landing pages are branded.
The dashboard is nicely designed and makes it simple to select and send your content.
A standout feature is the customization of the player landing pages.
Since email clients can’t play video within their inbox, each video thumbnail opens in a separate browser tab. (That’s the case with all video email providers.)

These pages can be edited with personal messages and context for the video. I’d caution not to overdo it though. Let the video carry the weight of your messaging. They become even more useful and practical with a Google drive widget that can embed relevant agency or transaction documents.
For example, videos promoting a listing could be accompanied by a scrollable community brochure or list of area amenities.
Agents can use OneMob to upload professionally produced listing presentations and include a listing agreement in the player page. The same can be done when prospecting buyer clients or presenting clients with closing documents or critical contract addenda.
If desired, the player page also displays a direct link to the sender’s LinkedIn page.
The backend allows for tracking of video views and document opens.
OneMob videos can be sent directly from Gmail and Outlook, as well as Salesforce.
When used in conjunction with Salesforce, OneMob embeds a “send OneMob” button in your contact data cards for fast and easy publishing. Naturally, your contacts’ interaction with the video becomes part of their history, and alerts are provided via email with the details of when it was opened and viewed.
OneMob’s email compose window enables users to create contact data fields to record why the video is being sent. For example, you can identify whether it’s introduction or a post-closing thank-you note.
The mobile versions of OneMob are equally as versatile and have the added benefit of superior camera quality and portability. Plus, you don’t need to have a massive marketing budget.

The opportunities for video communication in real estate are many and OneMob does a good job of helping agents execute most of them. Home tours. Video market reports. Construction updates. TRID explanations.
Wait, scratch that last one — it can’t do everything.
