I’ve seen a lot of CRMs that integrate lead assignment features. However, none of them are as straightforward as this carefully designed, intelligent solution to ensuring the right agents get the leads best suited for them.
The only setup that Lead Assign requires is assigning its unique email address to your “contact me” or lead capture forms.
The admin interface has a few simple fields and a note box for brokers to add some terms.
The intelligence on display here is rooted in a tagging system that uses specific keywords and phrases to route a lead to the appropriate agent. Creating tags is as easy as typing them in under each agent’s profile.
For example, agents who specialize in the LoDo community will have that term tagged in their Lead Assign profile. Any listing or buying inquiry with that term will prompt a text or email to the appropriate agents.
Once sent, a five minute lead acceptance timer starts. It counts down on your device screen above the “Accept” or “Decline” buttons.
If the deadline passes for the first agent, it rolls over to the next.
Simple details of the request are included in each alert.
The entire system can be branded, adding to the smart user experience choices made by the developers.
Brokers can have it up and running in minutes. I can’t fathom it being a tough sell to agents because of how fairly competitive it is.
Lead Assign requires no software to be downloaded. All one needs is their phone’s native texting and browser features.
Early risers and the always-connected will appreciate that the leads roll in at all hours of the night as well.
Lead Assign requires no software to be downloaded.
If a lead cycles through the lineup of designated agents without being claimed, it lands in a first-come, first-serve catch-all. As if you needed another reason to check your phone before you turn on the shower.
Lead Assign takes a smarter approach to lead dissemination than the traditional “next agent in line” model. Its lead parsing rules can be set up to connect agents with what they sell best, whether it be a certain street, neighborhood, price range or property type, such as condos or foreclosures.
Brokers can track basic stats, such as acceptance rates, time to accept and whether email or text is the most effective method of communication.
Because Lead Assign needs nothing more than an email address, it works with virtually any CRM or lead generation method on the market, from your online display ads to your Zillow ads.
The demo I sat through took less than 30 minutes. It’s that easy. Clearly, this is a testament to the quality of its code. I was sent a few sample leads, which flowed smoothly from my iPhone’s text screen to Safari.
There’s nothing to not like here. Lead Assign is easy, effective software that improves upon a process hundreds of thousands of brokerages can stand to make more efficient.
