Stewart Title has named John Spencer as the company’s associate senior underwriting counsel for commercial services. “John’s proven ability in achieving successful business results during his seasoned career made him an ideal person to fill this role,” said Don Wade, senior vice president, senior underwriting counsel, in a statement. “His team approach and emphasis on fostering working partnerships will fit seamlessly into Stewart’s culture.”
December 21
Stefanie Lally-Ardrey was promoted to vice president, senior underwriting counsel, at Stewart Title in the company’s New York Commercial Services Center. “Stefanie has a long history at Stewart, and has proven herself to be a tremendous asset to the organization,” said Chris Lawrence, senior vice president, senior underwriting counsel and manager, in a statement. “Her specialties in multi-state, high-liability commercial transactions will greatly benefit the internal team, our trusted industry partners and ultimately our clients.”

Long & Foster Real Estate sales associate Donna Marie Harris has taken her seat as president of the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors. “I am honored to serve our association as president. I enjoy working with and being a part of this amazing organization and its members, affiliates and wonderful staff,” Harris said in a statement.

Scott Robinson, the new president of the Appraisal Institute, prepared to begin his one-year term starting Jan. 1. appraisers. “I am excited to serve in this role with the Appraisal Institute as we work to advance the valuation profession in the United States and around the world,” Robinson said in a statement. “It’s an honor to serve my colleagues in the profession.”

FormFree Holdings Corporation, which provides automated asset verifications for banks and mortgage lenders, announced that Jay Meadows has joined its board of directors. “Given his many industry accomplishments and expertise in our particular
market, Jay is a perfect fit to serve on our board,” said Brent Chandler, founder and CEO of FormFree, in a statement. “Jay is not only a proven innovator in the area of borrower verifications, he knows what it takes to build industry adoption of technology.”
January 5
William King is the new president and chief valuation officer at Real Info, Inc. In a statement released, James Kirchmeyer, CEO of Real Info, said, “Bill brings extensive experience in valuation forensics, analytics and technology. His expertise in appraisal and banking guidelines and regulations and the evolving role of collateral valuation in mortgage finance will benefit Real Info greatly.”
National Mortgage Insurance Corporation has named Rick Renna as an account manager in the greater Boston region. “We are very pleased to add Rick to our sales force,” said Michael J. Dirrane, National MI’s chief sales officer, in a statement. “He has tremendous mortgage industry sales experience, and is a great asset to National MI’s New England regional team as we continue to expand our customer base.”

Re/Max COO/CFO Dave Metzger has announced his resignation, and Karri Callahan, the current company vice president and corporate controller, will replace him as CFO, while Adam Contos, the senior vice president of marketing, will be the new COO. “We have a deep talent bench and are fortunate to have proven leaders of Karri’s and Adam’s caliber to step into the CFO and COO roles,” said Dave Liniger, Re/Max’s CEO, in a statement. “We have solid forward momentum and know they, along with the whole Re/Max team, will continue to successfully execute our strategic initiatives.”
Celeste Starchild has been promoted to the senior vice president of product at Move. “The expansion of Celeste’s role in the professional software business is a natural progression of her work at ListHub in driving the industry’s most stringent protocols in data integrity and security for listing syndication and performance reporting, while promoting broker choice and control,” said Move. “It also supports Move’s goal of driving innovation for real estate brokers and agents that strengthens their central role in serving today’s home buying and selling consumers.”
Jenny Klamforth is the new regional account executive for LenderLive’s correspondent lending division. “LenderLive’s Correspondent Lending division was designed to help our clients protect their customer relationships as they build their mortgage businesses,” said David Vida, president of Mortgage Services at LenderLive, in a statement. “I’m confident that Jenny’s experience in both correspondent and wholesale lending will not only make her a valuable addition to our team, but also help us better serve our clients’ needs.”
Anna Mills has been elected president of the National Real Estate Investors Association. “I am honored to once again serve as President of National REIA and I look forward to working with chapters across the country to expand benefits and enhance opportunities for further growth,” said Mills in a statement.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Los Angeles announced that Tom Dunlap has joined as manager of the company’s Beverly Hills South office and Andy Stern has been appointed manager of the Malibu Colony office. “Looking ahead at how we can take the company’s growth to the next level, we are strengthening our management team with the appointments of Tom Dunlap, who is known in Beverly Hills for his leadership acumen, and Andrew Stern, who has a stellar reputation in the Malibu real estate community, and I am confident that their leadership will help guide our sales associates to excel even higher,” said Bob Foster, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Los Angeles, in a statement.
