Houston’s market is in the middle of the winter lull, with its market trends reflecting the time of the year– for the most part. According to Altos Research, Inman reports the median single-family home value is trending upward in Houston.
The market is nearing closer to balanced but still remains in the hands of sellers, with the days on market increasing and inventory falling.
