FindTheHome reported, using Public County Records updated in September 2015, the median sale price of homes in Sugar Land. The data includes REO, short sale, new construction and resale homes.
REO and new construction saw a big surge in price from July to August 2015. New construction median sales price upticked from $327,312 to $375,000. REO median sale price increased from $268,000 to $277,460.
