The holiday season is almost over, but have you checked off everyone on your wishlist?
If you’re in need of some last minute ideas to get clients, here are some truly Chicago gifts:
Make a donation to the Make A Wish Chicago Chapter
We have been granting a wish for a Make A Wish kid every year on behalf of our clients. We build our holiday card with pictures of the kid on their wish trip. In the card, we let them know we are granting a wish on their behalf with a note that says: We thought there was no better gift than inspiring hope for those who need it most.
Brew tour for your clients
Chicago is becoming a huge place for local breweries. I like to drop off a few six-packs of my favorite stuff so my clients can taste different local breweries. My favorites are Revolution, Goose Island and Off Color Brewery.
Gift card to the Wormhole coffee shop
Located in Wicker Park, this place has an awesome 80’s vibe and will bring back some childhood memories with its decor. Toss this in a card and add: The holidays are tiresome, stay energized on me.
Spa day at ESPA at the Peninsula
Although the holidays are a very fun time, it is also one of the most stressful times of the year. Get your client a massage or spa treatment.
Tell your clients to step back and have some “you” time on me.
Cleaner from MyClean Chicago
Everyone’s place gets messy for the holidays. I like to say: “Be merry and messy. You have a cleaner standing by!”
Hire a private chef for a night
Chef Charles Webb this is a bigger investment, but for your high end clients, it doesn’t get any better than a private chef. Chef Charles really leaves you with a lasting “wow” impression.
Holiday flowers from Steve’s Flower Shop
Located on Grand Ave, Steve’s has the best flowers in town and the staff is great.
Give the gift of food
Everyone loves Gibsons and it’s located close to the main shopping areas. Tell your client to take a quick break from shopping to fuel up on you.
Handwritten card from Paper Source
This is easy and Paper Source has some really cool stuff. But in today’s age, people forget the little stuff that often matter the most. What better way to show your client you really care than writing them a note telling them how thankful you are for their business.
