Real estate agents who use Android devices now will have an easier time completing digital paperwork on SkySlope, a popular transaction management platform.
SkySlope has unveiled an app that makes all of the platform’s features available on an Android device. They include the ability to:
- Create and manage listings and sales
- Track all text messages and save them in the property log
- Share and send documents
- Manage and add documents to a checklist
- Monitor a transaction’s status through push notifications.

The app complements SkySlope’s existing mobile offerings: an iOS app and a mobile-responsive website.
SkySlope, which only offers a brokerage-level subscription, claims to power cloud-based transaction management for seven of the 12 largest U.S. brokerages and puts its total user count at 100,000.
Brokers with SkySlope subscriptions can monitor their agents’ and offices’ transactions and see whether agents are completing customizable checklists. It also offers customer support to brokers and agents 24/7.
SkySlope is among a gaggle of transaction platforms, including dotloop, DocuSign and zipLogix, that are rapidly bringing real estate paperwork online. Together, dotloop and SkySlope have estimated that 3.6 million transactions will be completed through their platform this year. That represents approximately two-thirds of the 5.6 million new and existing homes that mortgage firm Fannie Mae projects will be sold in 2015.
