The Miami Metro areas current construction boom is in full effect and the number of condo projects breaking ground continues to go up. E Miami Condos created a full map pinpointing the region’s condo development broken down by neighborhood.
According to the map, the neighborhood with the highest count of under-construction condos is Brickell, with 14 under construction. Midtown follows closely behind with 10 under construction condo buildings.
