Five Star Professional, a professional-services rating firm, recently chose Anne West of Coldwell Banker’s Come Home North Shore Team as one of Chicago’s Five Star Real Estate Agents. This is the fifth consecutive year that West has been honored.
Five Star Professional partnered with Chicago Magazine to recognize a select group of Chicago-area real estate agents who provide exceptional service to their clients. Less than 7 percent of real estate agents in the area were selected.
West is co-founder and leader of the Come Home North Shore Team, which serves clients in the Chicago North Shore communities of Wilmette, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Northfield, Glencoe, Evanston and Highland Park.
“I am thrilled to receive the Five Star award for the fifth year in a row. It means so much to me because client feedback is at its core. I get so much joy out of helping my clients and seeing the smiles on their faces when I hand them the keys to their new home. I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. I truly love what I do,” said West, in a statement.
Real estate agents are awarded based on an in-depth research process. Thousands of consumers are contacted to rate their real estate agent on 10 criteria including customer service, market knowledge, negotiation, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.
Beyond a qualifying client evaluation score, real estate agents are evaluated on objective criteria such as experience, production levels and disciplinary and complaint history.

Five Star Professional, founded in 2003, conducts market research to define and promote professional excellence. They review professionals in the wealth management, real estate, mortgage, and home and auto insurance professions.
The Five Star designation assists consumers in selecting a service professional who other consumers have indicated provides exceptional client satisfaction and service.
The Five Star Real Estate Agent award program is the largest and most widely published real estate agent recognition program in North America. Agents are measured using an objective, in-depth research methodology with significant focus on customer feedback and overall satisfaction.
