Douglas Elliman announced November 30 the appointment of Allen Vance as the Vice President of Operations for the company’s western region, helping to grow its presence in both California and Aspen, Colorado. Vance comes to Douglass Elliman from Los Angeles brokerage The Agency, where he was Chief Information Officer.

Based in Los Angeles, Vance will be taking the helm running the business alongside the company’s leadership in the western region. Vance is expected to bring his thought leadership to Douglas Elliman in various fields, including title insurance, mortgage, sales, rentals and new developments.

Vance’s track record is well-respected, building a nearly 100-percent paperless office and building his previous’ company’s revenue to more than $4 billion in sales.
