Eleven months into the job, Keller Williams CEO Chris Heller is going strong. He sat down with Publisher Brad Inman to talk about new tech tools for agents, his insights for 2016 and how in the future, everyone — not just real estate agents — will become increasingly connected with each other.
At age 20, Heller got his real estate license. After three years of follow-up, a broker finally talked him into joining his company. In his first year, Heller was named Rookie of the Year, and his career trajectory has continued on a steady upward climb ever since. Heller has sold more than 100 homes per year for the last two decades, and more than 3,000 to date. In 2012, as president of KW Worldwide, Heller launched the first Keller Williams regions outside of North America. He was named CEO of Keller Williams in 2015.
