Following the Paris tragedy, one South Florida real estate agent is taking it into her own hands to help out. Realtor Maxi Kaan-Lilly is planning a star-studded open house on Thursday, November 19 for a $1.2 million Manalapan listing, and she’s donating 10 percent of her commission to the victims of the attack.
The home on Lands End Road on Hypoluxo Island features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and sprawls 3,543 square feet. As the biggest listing for Kaan-Lilly, she believes other South Florida Realtors and buyers can make a huge impact by helping out.
The one-floor home has recently gone through a $400,000 renovation, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, Italian tile baths and “designer” tile roof.
The open house is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday and will offer food from chef Ben Robinson from Below Deck.
