Houston delinquent mortgages are lower than the nation’s

As of August 2015, about 1.8 percent of homeowners are delinquent on their mortgages in Houston, which is lower than the nation’s 1.25 percent but slightly higher than Texas’ 0.92 percent. Despite a small uptick in the number of delinquent mortgages, it’s at a much lower rate than in February 2010.
