Many housing indices like those produced by NAR (National Association of Realtors) and Case-Shiller are too general for everyday real estate buying, selling and investing decisions. Brad Inman interviews Allan N. Weiss, Founder and CEO Weiss Analytics, who has devised a new house-specific index that gives a much more granular picture of your local housing market.

Weiss is a co-founder of the Case-Shiller Weiss housing market index and an expert on everything real estate data.
