Visualization: What Chicago neighborhoods have witnessed the most dramatic gentrification?

Over the past 30 years, Bucktown, Wicker Park and Logan Square have undergone significant gentrification. The effect is clearly visible when data is viewed by Census tract.

West Town and Logan Square, in particular, have experienced a new wave in population shift over the past 15 years.
