Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that it acquired the assets of Brearley Investment Company, which has been doing business in two offices in Sedona, Arizona, as Coldwell Banker First Affiliate.
Century 21 Real Estate has affiliated with Asset Realty, a Seattle firm that will operate as Century 21 Northwest Realty.
Re/Max Results of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Re/Max Select of Greenwood, Indiana, have merged. The companies will both be known as Re/Max Results.

Pro Teck Valuation Services announced that its appraisal management services are now available through Ellie Mae‘s Encompass mortgage management platform.
The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) announced that it sold 10K Research and Marketing to ShowingTime.

Engel & Völkers has partnered with brokerage Mercedes/Berk in Manhattan.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate announced that it has added Gold Coast Real Estate, its first Nebraska-based real estate affiliate, to its franchise network; the affiliate will now be known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Integrity.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate acquired the assets of Island Estates Realty in Clearwater, Florida, which will now operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
Citi Habitats acquired the assets of aptsandlofts.com, which will now operate under the Citi Habitats name.
The Link Agency announced the addition of a new division, a private brokerage that’s part of a national marketing firm.
Re/Max Regional Services, which serves Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Southern Ohio, announced its partnership with SocialSurvey, a tool that captures consumer experiences.

Clayton Holdings, which provides loan due diligence, valuations, consulting services and more, acquired ValuAmerica, a national title agency, appraisal management company and technology provider.
Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates announced that several existing affiliate brokerages — Milan, Lake Como, Rome and Tuscany Sotheby’s International Realty — will now do business as Italy Sotheby’s International Realty.

Coretrust Capital Partners, a private real estate operating company based in Los Angeles, was selected for inclusion in the Scout Program and closed its first fund with a $200 million equity commitment from Scout Fund II, which is managed by Hawkeye Partners.
Ellie Mae announced it will acquire Mortgage Returns, an on-demand CRM and marketing automation solution for the mortgage industry.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has added Updater to its Southern California Concierge Program.

Realty Group International, a luxury real estate network headquartered in Beverly Hills, will now cover the United Arab Emirate markets.
